What information we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number (that's how WhatsApp works). When you place an order: your shipping name, shipping address, and country ZIP for the DHL/UPS/FedEx label. When you pay: payment reference (bank transfer ID, USDT transaction hash, Wise reference, Western Union tracking code) — we never see your bank account number or card number.
What we do with it
Fulfill your order. That's it. We use your address to print the DHL label. We use your payment reference to confirm the payment landed. We use your WhatsApp number to update you on tracking. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to marketing lists. We don't have marketing lists.
What we do NOT do
- We do not share buyer information with any third party, including tax authorities in your country. (We're not required to; we're not a US/EU merchant.)
- We do not run tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or analytics that identify you personally. This site uses Cloudflare analytics for aggregate visitor counts only.
- We do not have your credit card or bank details. Payment goes through channels (bank / USDT / Wise) that we can see only the receiving side of.
- We do not sell buyer lists. We do not participate in affiliate networks.
How long we keep information
WhatsApp chat history: as long as our WhatsApp account exists. Shipping labels + payment records: 24 months for accounting/audit purposes, then purged. If you want your data deleted before that, message us and we'll remove your WhatsApp thread and any records within 7 days.
