Nature of goods

All bags sold through this WhatsApp channel are unbranded factory production — replicas. They share design, silhouette, and construction with luxury brand retail pieces but are not sold as authentic, not associated with the brands named on this site, and cannot pass brand-side authentication services.

Who can buy

You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must be able to receive parcels legally in your country. If your country has strict enforcement on replica imports, you buy at your own risk — but we will flag it in reply before we take money.

Order process

You message us on WhatsApp with your interest. We quote total. You approve. You pay. We QC-photo. You approve. We ship. Once the DHL/UPS/FedEx barcode is scanned, we cannot intercept the parcel.

Payments

All payments are final once the courier barcode is scanned. Before that point, orders may be cancelled and refunded (minus payment-processor fees where applicable). We accept bank wire, USDT (TRC-20 preferred), Wise, Western Union, MoneyGram. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or Stripe.

QC and replacements

You have the right to reject any piece at the QC-photo stage before shipping. If you reject, we swap from the same batch. Post-arrival replacements are limited to genuine defects (factory stitching errors, missing hardware, wrong colorway shipped). We do not replace on taste-based reasons.

Shipping

We ship DHL Express, UPS Express Saver, or FedEx International Priority. Transit times published on our shipping page are median values from historical orders — actual transit may vary due to customs. We do not guarantee delivery dates for time-sensitive orders (birthdays, events); we prioritize but do not guarantee.

Customs and duty

You are responsible for customs duty and VAT in your destination country. We can pre-declare a lower unit value on request, but customs authorities in your country make the final determination. If your parcel is held or seized by customs, we assist in resolution but we do not guarantee replacement (see: shipping insurance).

Intellectual property

All brand names on this site (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Goyard, Saint Laurent, Coach, Fendi, Balenciaga, Prada, Burberry) are used descriptively for the purpose of identifying model silhouettes. We claim no affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with any of these brands. All product photos and descriptions on this site are our own or licensed from our sourcing partners.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that transaction. We are not liable for consequential damages (missed events, customs seizure costs, resale losses). If you're planning to resell, that's on you — we can supply the wholesale sheet but we cannot underwrite your business model.

Disputes

If you have a dispute, message us on WhatsApp first. 95% of issues are resolved in one conversation. If you want to escalate, we do not currently have a formal arbitration process — we are a small operation. If you have a genuine grievance we'll do what's fair.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. Any legal action must be brought there.
